The experts at Jessica Elizabeth Skincare offer consultations to better understand each individual’s skincare needs. During your skincare consultation, our skincare experts:

  • Will educate you about ingredients and today’s skincare advancements.
  • Help to explain your current product regimen, as well as assess what is working and what may need to change.
  • Recommend a skincare regimen
  • Give you the personal attention you and your skin deserve, in order to begin your skin transformation.
  • Work with you  develop a plan that meets your skin goals.
There is a non-refundable $35 fee for all consultations scheduled independently. Please see our cancellation policy below for additional information.


In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking for all new clients.


We ask that you come on time to your appointment.  Please note that we require all new clients fill out skin care history information and treatment consent forms prior to treatment.

Late Arrivals

Our scheduling is booked to allow the correct amount of time to complete your service. To be fair to all of our clients your treatment must end on time so the other clients’ sessions can begin on time. If your arrival is delayed we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but if this is not possible your service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for our other guests as treatments are charged at full value. If you miss your appointment without a 24-hour notice, you will be charged 100% of your treatment cost.


Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. In the event you are unable to give 48-hour notice, your card will be charged a late-cancellation fee of 50% of the full treatment charge. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

Return Policy

No refunds are made for products, service packages, gift cards and prepaid treatments once they are purchased. If for some reason you are not able to use your un-rendered, prepaid service, you may do a one time exchange of the unused portion toward other services. Unopened products may be exchanged for alternative products within 7 days of purchase. Any opened products are not returnable.
