Jessica Falcone is a New York State Licensed Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician. She founded Jessica Elizabeth Skincare located in Armory Square Syracuse NY (CNY’s first choice for facials!) with the belief that no two faces are the same so therefore no two treatments can be the same. Although she is trained in many aspects of the esthetics industry, Jessica provides an extensive array of spa procedures and advanced customized treatments for the face and body, with the belief that skincare doesn’t come in a one size fits all. Balance and respect for the traditional skincare is essential. Whether its for anti-aging, acne or maybe just a relaxing pampering session to give you that much needed boost of confidence, combining the traditional approach with modern techniques is Jessica’s signature way of having each and every one of her clients experience his/her own personalized result orientated skincare journey.
When Jessica is not in the office she enjoys spending her time with her 2 children, traveling, hiking and biking.
Dr Cimo is passionate about competitive powerlifting having over 40 years experience and is a multiple time record holder in New York State. He especially enjoys free time lifting weights with his youngest son.
With nine years of hands-on experience in urgent care and emergency medicine, Tricia’s commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care has been unwavering. However, her journey took an exciting turn when she discovered a passion for the aesthetic industry.
Tricia then decided to seize the opportunity to merge her medical skills with her newfound passion by joining forces with the esteemed team at Jessica Elizabeth Skincare. Here, alongside Dr. James Cimo, she offers advanced medical injections and IV therapy, ensuring optimal wellness and rejuvenation for all their patients.
A native of Syracuse, Tricia finds joy in giving back to her community while embracing the beauty of her hometown. Outside of her professional endeavors, she cherishes time spent with her husband and three daughters, creating lasting memories together.
Beyond her medical profession and family life, Tricia is an avid traveler, an enthusiastic reader, and a fitness enthusiast. Her creative spirit extends to the kitchen, where she delights in baking and experimenting with new recipes.
With a multifaceted approach to life, Patricia Barletta embodies a perfect balance of professionalism, compassion, and personal fulfillment.
Bryce Sabine LMT LE is a dual licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Medical Esthetician. She attended the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage and has been practicing the art for over 5 years. She then decided to further her career by also receiving her license in esthetics. Bryce enjoys working in both spa and medspa setting. She has taken both experiences and combines them in her massage and facials. Bryce believes that receiving a massage regularly is an essential part of wellness and promotes a healthy lifestyle for both the mind and body.
Bryce is incredibly passionate and provides the best treatments for all of her clients. Together with Jessica, she is excited to help each client achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals.
When Bryce is not working she enjoys spending time with her fiancé Carl and their three dogs.
Meet Taylor Kaylin, also affectionately known as TK! Taylor, is a licensed esthetician whose love with skincare traces back to her earliest memories. In 2023, she made the pivotal decision to turn her passion into a profession. Starting her journey at a renowned medspa, Taylorhoned her skills and expertise before finding her perfect fit within the JES family.
Since joining our team, Taylor has hit the ground running with an unparalleled enthusiasm for her craft. Her dedication to skincare is not just a job but a calling, evident in the way she connects with each and every one of our patients. Taylor‘s ability to create genuine connections leaves a lasting impression, making her an invaluable asset to our office.
Outside of work, Taylor indulges in her love for true crime documentaries, finds solace in hiking, and savors the pleasure of an iced caramel coffee with almond milk and a shot of espresso. With Taylor‘s passion, expertise, and vibrant personality, she enriches both our team and the experiences of those we serve. We are incredibly fortunate to have her as part of our family.

After her first year as the forefront of client relations, Annora has seamlessly blended her genuine enthusiasm for skin health with her impeccable customer service and went full force into the esthetics industry.

Her own journey and experiences with skin challenges have fueled an unwavering determination to empower others in their pursuit of radiant and healthy skin. This ignited flame has positioned Annoraas a beacon of inspiration and knowledge in the Aesthetic industry.

When not in the office, Annora is an outdoor lover of fishing, hiking and hunting. She spends time with her family, boyfriend and is a cat lover!
Meet Maria (Mal) Byrnes, the welcoming face and heartwarming smile that graces the front desk of JES. As our dedicated Front Desk Client Coordinator, Mal serves as the first point of contact, embodying the spirit of hospitality and assistance for everyone who steps through our doors.
Armed with a degree in Human Relations, Mal brings a unique blend of knowledge and empathy to her role. Eager to help and assist, she stands ready to address any questions, ensuring that each visitor is not only welcomed but fully prepared to embark on their JES experience.
